The short version
- Nabby is sold on the Mac App Store, under Apple's standard license agreement and these terms.
- Monthly and annual plans start with a 7-day free trial and renew until you cancel in your App Store settings.
- Apple handles payment and refunds.
- Everything Nabby saves stays on your Mac and belongs to you.
The app
Nabby is sold on the Mac App Store. Your use of Nabby is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), together with these terms. Where they differ, the Apple EULA applies.
Subscriptions
- Nabby offers a monthly and an annual subscription, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- If your subscription ends, Nabby stops saving new items. Your existing history stays on your Mac.
Your content
Everything Nabby saves stays on your Mac and belongs to you. You're responsible for what you copy and capture, and for keeping backups of anything important.
No warranty
Nabby is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or that it will never miss an item.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from your use of Nabby.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
